~Jewelry Care~
​
All jewelry should be kept away from water, dish washing soap, lotions, perfume, silver cleaner, and other harsh chemicals. Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. Store in bags or boxes to prevent damage.
~ Returns/Exchanges ~
You have 5 days from the date you received merchandise to notify us of a refund request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all original purchase tags attached to items. All items will be inspected upon return. Upon inspection and approval, merchandise credit or new item will be issued within 7-10 business days.
All SALE items are final, but maybe exchanged for a different size only. All shipping fees for normal return/exchange apply. Any questions or issues can be discussed by emailing Starr Stylzz Customer service at: Customerservice@starrstylzz.com
~ Shipping ~
Customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items. STARR STYLZZ is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
~ Discounts ~
All discounts, coupon codes and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders. Customers may only apply one discount per order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
A: Having your tween and teenager feeling confident and comfortable in our items is our top priority. We will gladly accept returns on full-priced merchandise if we are e-mailed within 5 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition. E-mail us at returnsnexchanges@starrstylzz.com for our return address and please include your order number.

HOW IS OUR SIZING?
A: Our clothing comes in standard junior sizes. For example, if the item is sized XS - XL, this would fit an average sized 12-13 year old, up to a smaller sized 16 year old.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY GARMENT?
A: Please treat these garments with great care, as most of these items are to be washed either by hand or on a delicate wash cycle and hung to dry. Do not dry in heat, unless it states otherwise on the garment’s tag, and always set your dryer on low.
